Attorney at law, member of the Regional Chamber of Counsellors at Law in Poznań since 2017. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
He began his professional career in 2010, gathering experience in the profession of lawyer in law firms providing services to businesses in civil, administrative, corporate and investment areas of law and in the legal department handling issues of real estate and transmission networks of the Poznań water and sewerage company, AQUANET S.A. During his counsellor at law training at the Regional Chamber of Counsellors at Law in Poznań, he developed his expertise in providing comprehensive legal services as an in-house counsel to businesses operating in the real estate development industry and collaborating with cooperative banks on the trading and commercialisation of real estate, as well as to an entity from the e-commerce sector listed on the Main Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. As a counsellor at law, he provided legal services to a capital group including a brokerage and an investment fund company, with regard to corporate governance, compliance, relations with the Financial Supervision Authority and contacts with individual investors and investment fund participants.
In the course of his professional practice, he also provided legal support to projects implemented by a leader in the Polish furniture sector, rendered legal assistance during the construction of a modern research and development centre of a leading Polish company in the pharmaceutical and biotechnological sector, advised clients on financing real estate investments through the issue of corporate bonds and on cross-border mergers of companies. He has experience in negotiations and provision of legal services related to commercial real estate investments, from the stage of obtaining land and funds by the developer, through the construction of the facility and its commercialisation, i.e. long-term lease or sale. He also legally handled relations under commercial law in groups of several dozen entities subject to the supervision of institutions regulating the financial market. In addition to the extensive practice in civil, corporate and construction cases and in the financial market industry, he has experience in labour law, competition law, provision of electronic services, environmental protection, waste management and intellectual property law.
