Edyta Hajtka-Komorowska

Attorney at law, Partner, Head of the Litigation Team. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, member of the Regional Bar Association in Poznań.

She began her professional practice in 1994 as a judge trainee at the District Court in Poznań, closing this stage with a passed final judicial exam. She has been practising as a counsellor at law since January 1998. Originally, she provided legal assistance to companies of the VOX Capital Group. Since 2002, under the cooperation with Piszcz and Partners Law Firm, she has been providing advice to corporate clients on their business activities. Edyta Hajtka‑Komorowska has been a partner in the Law Firm.

She represents Clients in the course of complex business negotiations and at the conclusion of trade contracts. She has extensive experience in litigation related to contractual claims. She specialises in civil procedure as well as bankruptcy and restructuring law, with experience gained in this area already during the applicability of bankruptcy law and composition law regulations adopted in the interwar period.

She shares her experience during conferences, training sessions and lectures organised all over the country, mainly for representatives of the construction industry.
Under the cooperation with the Poznań University of Commerce and Services, she train candidates for members of supervisory boards in bankruptcy and restructuring law. She is also an author of publications on litigation as well as claim and debt enforcement.
