Kamil Jurkowski

Legal counsel. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration (majoring in law) and the Faculty of Humanities (majoring in history) of the University of Szczecin. Participant of the LLP Erasmus programme at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the University of Montpellier. In his spare time, he is preparing a non-university dissertation on company law.

He advises on company law, in particular on issues arising from commercial companies. He has nearly ten years of extensive experience in this field.

He is the author of publications in the field of company law.
