Nastazja Lisek

Attorney at law, member of the Regional Bar Association in Poznań, Head of the Corporate Team. A graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

She began gaining professional experience already during studies, while cooperating with law firms in the Wielkopolska region. Since June 2011 she worked for WBW Weremczuk Bobeł & Wspólnicy Kancelaria Radców Prawnych sp.j. Law Firm. She has been with Piszcz and Partners Law Firm since August 2017.
She specialises in corporate law, with a special focus on M&A transactions. She has an extensive experience in providing services to business entities and solving their legal issues on a current basis. In her professional practice so far, she has participated in a number of processes of company restructuring and capital reorganisation. She has advised on transformations, mergers and divisions, issues of securities, transactions of purchase of enterprises, shares and interests in companies, as well as other vital assets, including real estate.

She has experience in providing services to companies listed on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and on the NewConnect market. She has provided advice to public companies on the fulfilment of information obligations and corporate governance.
