Paweł Waśkowiak

Barrister, member of the Wielkopolska Bar Association in Poznań. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. Since May 2024, he has been associated with the law firm Piszcz i Wspólnicy sp. k.

He specialises in civil law and criminal law. He focuses his practice on proceedings concerning claims for damages under contracts and criminal offences.

He has gained professional experience in Poznań law firms by participating in providing assistance to both businesses and consumers. In criminal proceedings, he acted as a defence counsel and attorney for victims. He was responsible for drafting pleadings, legal opinions and the content of settlements, took part in negotiations and represented clients at trials and court hearings.

He is a member of the litigation team.
