Marta Gierzyńska

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. In 2009, she qualified as a real estate agent. In the years 2009-2012, she served her legal training at the District Bar Association in Poznań, which she completed in August 2012 with a positive result of the final exam. She has many years of experience in legal services for companies and individuals, which she gained in the most reputable law firms in Poznań and during her independent professional activity since 2013. Legal advisor, member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań.

She specialises in providing comprehensive services to entities related to the widely understood real estate market (e.g. developers, investors, contractors). Her advisory services include, in particular, comprehensive legal support at the preparatory stage, investment stage, real estate marketing and ongoing services related to real estate management.

She has extensive experience in pursuing compensation claims in court, including for defects in construction works, traffic accidents and damages caused by the healthcare system.
