Karol Danielczak

Legal adviser, member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznań. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

He specialises in environmental protection issues, including waste management, both in administrative proceedings and in cases between entrepreneurs.

He gained experience in law firms in Poznań and in the local government administration office, where he provided legal advice to entrepreneurs and local government units. He advised and participated in administrative proceedings both on behalf of a party and an administrative authority. He was involved in the preparation of contracts in public procurement and contracts in commercial transactions between entrepreneurs.

Since September 2023, he has been associated with Kancelaria Prawna Piszcz i Wspólnicy Sp. K.
