Win in a dispute before the Supreme Court

we are proud to share news with you about success of the partner of our Law Firm, Edyta Hajtka-Komorowska, attorney at law, in cooperation with Wojciech Wołoszczak, attorney at law and with the support of Grzegorz Kubiak, attorney at law, in the proceedings conducted before the Supreme Court. The Court supported the arguments of Piszcz and Partners Law Firm by dismissing a cassation appeal brought by our opponent in the case regarding tens of millions of damages in connection with improper performance of the contract for the provision of services, based on misapplication by the contracting entity of the so-called adaptation (review) clause, aimed only at enabling the contracting entity to flexibly perform the contract but not at making unilateral amendments thereto, including to the agreed remuneration. Thus, the dispute that had begun already in 2012 was finally resolved.
