We are happy to share news with you about success of a local government cultural institution from the Dolnośląskie Province which trusted us during NIK’s audit regarding the correct use of European funds. Despite a number of objections resulting in a negative assessment given by NIK, as part of our support, Wojciech Wołoszczak, counsellor at law, prepared well-justified objections to the post-audit report. Consequently, the Adjudication Panel of the Adjudicating Committee at NIK reversed the negative assessment of the NIK inspectors concerning, inter alia, the allegation of unreliable project preparation and supervision of the implementation of the investment in question
