Review

On 27th March 2013 the BPS Grzybowska 81 Sp. z o.o. company  forming a part of the Bank Polskiej Spółdzielczości S.A. Capital Group entered into an agreement to purchase the rights to the real property and the ownership title to the office building (class A) Grzybowska 81 in Warsaw, which was owned by the G81 UDM Sp. of o.o. S.K.A. company, forming a part of the Unidevelopment Group. The total cost of the transaction amounted to PLN 122 549 928.14 gross. The property, with the area of about 10 thousand square meters, will serve as the new headquarters of the Bank.
