Complaint Handling in Energy Sector

On 1 October this year our counsellors at law, Monika Bogdał and Mateusz Oskroba, gave a lecture on legal aspects of complaint handling as an essential element of customer service quality during the “Complaint Procedure in the Energy Sector – New Challenges in Customer Relations” conference held at Sheraton Hotel in Warsaw.
The lecture focused on legal framework and good practices in the handling of complaints of business customers and household customers, requirements for and limitations on complaint acceptance as well as the issue of complaint handling benchmarking.
