April 15, 2015
The Constitutional Court ruled yesterday that the preferential treatment of banks by allowing them to issue bank enforcement titles is against the principle of equal treatment provided for in Article 32(1) of the Constitution. The provisions of Article 96(1) and Article 97(1) of the Act of 29 August 1997 – Banking Law (Journal of Laws of 2015 item 128) will cease to be effective as of 1 August 2016.
