Patrycja Boguska

Barrister, member of the District Bar Council in Warsaw.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She gained her professional experience in Warsaw law firms.

She specialises in civil law. So far, she has dealt with the representation of clients in court proceedings related to the demand for payment on the basis of a promissory note and the representation of clients in complex cases in the field of family law and the protection of personal rights. She has also been involved in advising and handling criminal law cases, in particular in cases involving offences on private prosecution.

She has been working with the law firm Piszcz i Wspólnicy sp.k. she has been associated with the firm since October 2024.

She is currently engaged in ongoing advisory services and representation of banks in disputes related to loans indexed and denominated to foreign currencies.
