Izabela Michalska

Lawyer. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. After completing her legal training, she passed the bar exam in 2023. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the Faculty of Social Sciences at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

She has professional experience in civil proceedings, civil law, business law, insurance and compensation law. She gained many years of experience in the legal department of Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń S.A. in Poznań, where she dealt, inter alia, with cases concerning personal injury, property damage and third party liability of motor vehicle owners. She also specialises in court and out-of-court mediation in civil cases.

She works with the law firm Piszcz i Wspólnicy sp.k., which she joined in July 2023. At the firm, she specialises in litigation law, particularly in disputes related to the banking sector.
