Win in a dispute before the Supreme Court
May 13, 2019We are happy to share news about the success of Joanna Staniewicz, counsellor at law of our Law Firm, in the proceedings before the Supreme Court for reinstatement. Following consideration of the cessation appeal lodged by Ms Staniewicz, being a special form of appeal against a final judgement in a civil lawsuit, the Supreme Court upheld the pleas. We congratulate Joanna and wish her further success.
