Wojciech Andrzejewski, a partner of our Law Firm, was a speaker during training for the energy sector entitled: “Legal and practical conditions for cooperation between Distribution System Operators and trading companies” that took place on 25-25 May this year in Warsaw. The panel conducted by Wojciech Andrzejewski concerned compliance programmes ensuring non-discriminatory treatment of energy market players and it involved the discussion of an issue of violation of the compliance programme as well as guidelines and framework for the content of compliance programmes.
