On the 12 October our counsellors at law – Hubert Norek and Agata Pawlak-Jaszczak – conducted a training for real estate brokers organized by Wielkopolskie Centrum Nieruchomości. The scope of the training covered the liability for damages resulting from the general rules of civil law and the provisions of regarding the sales agreement (guarantee, warranty).
