Review

Our Law Firm has run a training for Bank BPS SA organized by the Foundation for the Development of Cooperative Banking. Training conducted exclusively by our law firm was designed to demonstrate the differences in the roles and responsibilities of the members of the supervisory board and association board. In our opinion, the training was a perfect complementation of the knowledge required to perform in a professional and responsible way the supervisory functions over the activities of a bank.
