We invite you to participate in a meeting titled “Last call to put personal data in order” that will be held on 12 October in Poznań. The meeting will relate the protection of personal data in the context of the most recent (GDPR, PL: RODO) regulations which will become effective in May 2018.

Therefore, it is a good time now for entrepreneurs and persons responsible of personal data processing in companies to learn more about the new obligations imposed on them under the GDPR and potential consequences of the failure to take certain actions. Potential fines may reach even 20 million euros or 4% of the annual turnover for companies with high income. The implementation of the relevant procedures, care for the documentation and adaptation of the existing IT systems to the new regulations will ensure that negative consequences are avoided.
