State-owned Companies under new rules – conference
February 15, 2018Nastazja Lisek, counsellor at law, gave a lecture during a conference on “State-owned Companies under new rules – the Act on State Property Management.” Our lecturer discussed the guidelines of the President of the Council of Ministers regarding the procedure for selecting an audit firm auditing financial statements in state-owned companies and the guidelines regarding the fulfilment of reporting obligations in such companies for 2017. The event was organised by MM Conferences (MMC Polska).
