We are pleased to inform that late yesterday evening the process of sale of Andersia Business Centre Sp. z o.o. was successfully completed.

A team of our Law Firm led by Hubert Norek and comprising of Agata Pawlak-Jaszczak, Karolina Durbacz and Michał Wojciechowski had the pleasure to participate in the project while representing a majority shareholder – Von der Heyden Group.

Our Law Firm provided legal advisory services to Andersia Business Centre Sp. z o.o starting from the transfer of the real property to the special purpose company, through the process of the building construction and rental, to the sale of the whole project to Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A.

Without doubt, we are proud that we could participate in one of the biggest transactions on the office market in Poznań in recent years and Andersia Business Center is one of the most modern Class A office buildings in our city.
