Polipak sp. z o.o. in the Sarantis S.A. Group
December 18, 2015On 17 December 2015 our transaction team, comprising of Przemysław Musioł, Jan Molicki and Karolina Durbacz, led by Hubert Norek, counsellor at law, participated in the negotiations for incorporating Polipak Sp. z o.o. into the Sarantis S.A. Group. The negotiations resulted in entering into the agreement on acquisition of 70% of shares in Polipak Sp. z o.o. for the amount of PLN 4,500,000.
