Most common irregularities concerning electricity and gas billing
December 12, 2017Our counsellor at law, Monika Bogdał together with Nina Kuśnierkiewicz, a lawyer, gave a lecture today during training on “Most common irregularities concerning electricity and gas billing.”
During the training, our speakers discussed the rules for billing consumers and the invoicing in the supplier change process. They also focused on the most essential aspects of consumer complaints, the rules for making adjustments to billing and the rules for settlements between the supplier and the operator.
