During the conference on “White certificates – strategy for using energy potential,” organised by MMC Polska, Monika Bogdał, our counsellor at law, gave a lecture on legal and financial aspects of energy performance certificates. Our expert in energy law pointed to the most important aspects of so-called white obligations which significantly affect the functioning of enterprises.
