Our counsellor at law, Mateusz Oskroba, conducted training on the functioning of programs ensuring compliance with competition law in companies. During the workshop, he drew attention to practical aspects of the development of such compliance programs in the context of inspections by the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). He instructed also how to eliminate the most common technical gaps in the functioning of compliance systems and procedures. The training was organised by MMC Polska.
