During the third edition of the Seminar for the Rail Industry, organised by Piszcz and Partners Law Firm, we would like to present you with selected tax and legal aspects of rail public collective transport. The seminar is addressed to both representatives of rail operators and organisers of public collective transport.

We would like to share with you our experience within the scope of issues related to an agglomeration ticket, showing you practical aspects of implementation of this solution and potential problems that can be encountered during this process. We will also discuss legal and tax consequences of a new state sector salary cap act, introducing an obligation to change the rules for employing management board members. At the same time, given the entry into force on 1 March 2017 of the Act on National Tax Administration, we will discuss control procedures initiated after that date.
