Szymon Moszyk

Between 2022 and 2024, he completed his legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznań. In 2025, he passed his professional examination and obtained the licence to practise as a legal adviser.

He gained his experience working with entities in the debt management market – securitisation funds, insurance companies, TSL companies and law firms providing mainly civil and commercial law services.

His professional interests focus primarily on bankruptcy law, restructuring law and enforcement proceedings.
