Damian Lipiński

He has experience in providing ongoing legal services to business entities, in particular in the field of civil law, labour law, commercial law and contract law.

He has extensive experience in conducting civil, labour and administrative disputes, as well as in providing corporate services to companies, including companies with State Treasury shareholding.

He has also supported entrepreneurs in the creation of commercial law companies, ongoing internal affairs and liquidation.
