Aleksandra Michalczyk

Lawyer. She graduated in law from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. During her studies, she completed a six-month exchange as part of her legal studies at Universite de Liege, where she expanded her knowledge of international law and European Union law. In July 2024, she obtained her Master of Laws degree by defending her thesis on consumer protection in a property development contract. In 2024, she passed the examination to become a trainee solicitor. She is currently expanding her competences by studying business management and law at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Since 2022, she has gained professional experience in renowned law firms in Poznań, working in the areas of civil law, administrative law and real estate.
Since March 2024, she has been associated with the law firm Piszcz i Wspólnicy sp.k., dealing mainly with procedural law, with a particular specialisation in franking credits cases.
Her areas of interest include commercial company law, business law and intellectual property law.
