We are happy to share with you the news about success of the Law Firm team headed by its partner, Edyta Hajtka-Komorowska. As a result of the efforts of our lawyers, the Court of Appeals in Poznań finally ruled in favour of our Client in a dispute worth about PLN 30,000,000.00. The dispute concerned compensation for breach of the contract and proper performance of the contract related to the provision of, inter alia, transport services, as well as infringements of public procurement law.
