Review

We invite all representatives of the banking sector, including creditors of insolvent debtors, to a seminar on the amendment to the restructuring and bankruptcy law that will be held on 9-10 March 2016 at Eva Park Life&Spa, Konstancin Jeziorna.

During the seminar, we would like to share our insights on the introduction of new restructuring proceedings. In particular, we will focus on the protection of and respect for the rights of the creditor, possibility of its active and effective participation in the restructuring processes, actual impact on the conduct and actions of the debtor and the new institution of a restructuring advisor.
