Local Government Railway – Chances and Risks
October 19, 2017Our counsellors at law, Marcin Piszcz (Managing Partner), Anna Szkudlarek (Partner) and Piotr Szwechłowicz, were speakers during the 6th Conference on “Local Government Railway – Chances and Risks.” During their speeches, they discussed current issues relating to public transport services.
Their speeches focused on both tax issues and compensation in public collective transport, as well as the most recent legal changes affecting the functioning of this sector. Our counsellors at law discussed also issues relating to alternative transport services which, due to the currently carried out repair works, constitute one of the most pressing problems in transport management.
