Marcin Piszcz, managing partner and Mariusz Frączyk, counsellor at law of our Law Firm, gave a lecture on “The financing of rail transport in the form of compensation – experience and practical problems” during the 4th Conference “Local government-controlled railways: chances and threats” that was held at the Conference Centre of Double Tree by Hilton Hotel in Łódź. The conference was organised under the patronage of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development and the Ministry of Economy.
