Review

We invite all those interested in the planned reform of the Commercial Companies Code to join us at the event organised by MMC Polska on “Corporate governance reform – elimination of risks in the process of implementing new regulations in State Treasury companies.” During the event, the following issues will be discussed:

➡️ a new concept of the so-called holding law,

➡️ new obligations of the company’s management board to inform the supervisory board about its actions,

➡️ a new definition of the interest of the group of companies,

➡️ rules for giving instructions by the parent company,

➡️ introduction of the obligation of loyalty and confidentiality imposed on members of the company’s governing bodies after expiry of their terms of office.
