Our counsellors at law, Nastazja Lisek and Monika Bogdał, gave a lecture during a conference on “Energy clusters, Cooperatives and Virtual Power Plants in Poland.”
The lecturers discussed the ways in which a cluster and a coordinator should operate to maximise the use of local energy potential and the challenges that clusters may encounter when undertaking activities related to the production and utilisation of the generated electricity. The discussed issues included also the obtaining of financing.
