Review

Our counsellors at law, Monika Bogdał and Mateusz Oskroba, gave a lecture on optimisation of the compliance system in the energy sector. During their lecture, they highlighted the most important aspects of the optimisation processes, pointing to various roles of compliance in energy companies. In this context, they discussed in their speech the issues of corporate governance, regular conformity assessment and determination of annual plans, functions of the Supervisory Board as well as protection and processing of data, with a special focus on consumers’ data.
