You are welcome to attend a seminar entitled “Companies in 2015 – an optimum form of business and amendments to regulations” that will take place at ul. Towarowa 5, in Delta Building, on 5 February 2015.

During the training course we will present potential forms of optimization with regard to tax burdens related to business activities, while specifying both risks and benefits involved. We will discuss issues that will be helpful in making a decision about the form of business activities suitable for your plans and purposes. We will also examine the issues of a partner’s liability for obligations of the company/partnership. In the closing part of the training course we will discuss trends and planned amendments to regulations concerning companies/partnerships.
