Aid to the wounded by a shot
February 22, 2012On 27th January 2012 the Poznań Stare Miasto District Court ordered a conditional discontinuation of the proceedings regarding the wounding of a dog by a shot which took place at the Morsako housing estate. A judgement in which we were awarded court fees and the compensation for damage is by no means to the satisfaction of all dog owners, interested in protecting the health of their pets.
