Anna Szkudlarek, Monika Bożek and Monika Gostyńska represented today our Law Firm during the 1st Fleet Expert training. During this all-day training session our speakers discussed legal and tax aspects of fleet management.

The main focus of the training was to emphasise practical legal aspects and potential issues that may be faced by persons responsible for fleet management. The discussed issues included the development of fleet policy, use of company car for private purposes, fuel cards, employee’s liability for maintaining order, monitoring in the context of the GDPR, system of monitoring of freight transport. Practical examples were also presented during the training.
