Tomasz Siedlecki

Lawyer, Attorney at Law trainee at the Regional Bar Association in Poznań. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. In 2018-2019, he acted as Vice-President of the International Student Training Exchange Program at the Poznań European Law Students’ Association (ELSA).

He started his professional practice during the 2nd year of his studies, gaining experience in law firms in Poznań where his responsibilities included managing of clients’ receivables and providing services to business entities.

He has been with Piszcz and Partners Law Firm since 2020. His main areas of practice include energy law and real estate law. He has experience in proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (URE) and other public administration authorities. He also participates in the provision of day-to-day services to Clients involved in electricity and gas generation, transmission and sales, drawing up legal opinions and draft contracts for them.

In his everyday work he also supports the Law Firm in proceedings before provincial administrative courts and civil courts.

Privately, the areas of his interest include also intellectual property law and various aspects of administrative law, with the focus on the investment and construction process as well as waste law.

  • participating in drafting basic documents regarding business activities in the sector of electricity and natural gas sales and distribution, including connection, sales and distribution agreements as well as comprehensive agreements;
  • supporting the Law Firm in drafting documentation related to tariff proceedings and to the obtaining of licences;
  • participating in drafting pleadings in proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (URE), the Competition and Consumer Protection Court and provincial administrative courts, e.g. in matters involving sanctions for the violation of rules for conducting licensed activities;
  • assisting in proceedings related to reclassification of the land as non-agricultural land for investment purposes.
