Rafał Bekała

Attorney at law, member of the Regional Bar Association in Poznań; graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.

He started gaining professional experience in 2012 in Poznań law firms where his main responsibilities included providing services to business operators, representing their interests during court proceedings, as well as reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, supporting e-commerce markets and handling various aspects of industrial and intellectual property law. He also acted as a head of a litigation team for business entities operating in the insurance market.

His professional interests focus on various aspects of civil law and business insurance law, as well as issues related to intellectual property. Additionally, he has broad knowledge of and experience in audits of business entities (mainly with regard to industrial property law).
