Ewelina Łuczak-Sosińska

Attorney at law, member of the Regional Bar Association in Poznań. Graduate of the Faculty of Law of the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Faculty of Political Science and Journalism of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, major in international relations. In 2012 she completed a postgraduate course in internal and international security.

She has been with Piszcz and Partners Law Firm since July 2008, as lawyer since 2016. She has professional experience in the field of debt collection and in drafting of pleadings and legal opinions. She has participated in large-scale projects including conducting due diligence of enterprises, with a special focus on the legal title to real properties.

The areas of her interest include energy law, civil law, administrative law, in particular the investment and construction process.

  • advising on matters related to the right to freely select the supplier (TPA) on the electricity market, the financing of street lighting by local government units and cooperation between local government units and Distributor System Operators;
  • drawing up drafts of basic documents regarding business activities in the sector of electricity and natural gas sales and distribution, including connection, sales and distribution agreements as well as comprehensive agreements;
  • participating in the drafting of documentation related to tariff proceedings and to the obtaining of licences;
  • providing support in the establishment and conducting of activities related to RES installations and settlement of “colour” obligations;
  • representing Clients in proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (URE) and the Competition and Consumer Protection Court, e.g. in matters involving sanctions for the violation of rules for conducting licensed activities;
  • assisting business operators in regulating the legal status of real estate, including transmission easements and environmental proceedings;
  • participating in due diligence audits related to real estate and spatial planning.
