Attorney at law. Member of the Regional Chamber of Counsellors at Law in Poznań since 2013. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, majors in law and history, holder of a Diploma in an Introduction to British and EU Law of the Cambridge University. He also holds valid clearance for access to information classified confidential.
He completed a prosecutors training. He gathered professional experience working for 8 years at the District Prosecutor’s Office in Poznań and the District Prosecutor’s Office in Śrem. In 2018-2019 he cooperated with Kaczmarek Macioszek and Partners Law Firm, representing clients in criminal and bankruptcy cases. Author of scientific publications on computerisation of the judiciary and ICT crime. He has been with Piszcz and Partners Law Firm since 2019.
He specialises in matters related to information security. He advises on personal data protection to business operators from the industrial, medical and energy sectors. He participates in cybersecurity/GDPR audits. He drafts security policies and procedures and provides support in their implementation. In his practice, he reviews issues of liability for incidents, including any related claims. He represents Clients in proceedings for reclassification of waste to by-products and in matters regarding the control of illegal dumping of waste. He reviews and drafts waste-related agreements. Moreover, he supports business operators in determining obligations arising from provisions on construction products.
