Training: Operating lease
February 13, 2015On 12 and 13 February 2015 Marcin Piszcz and Przemysław Musioł, counsellors at law, Partners of our Law Firm were speakers at training on sale and leaseback (operating lease) of municipal properties. During the training for representatives of local governments, organised in Rawa Mazowiecka by the Public Finance Academy, our speakers discussed formal and legal aspects of an operating lease of property as an innovative method of financing budgets of local government units.
